La Casa de Loto's retreats and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our booking process is not directed at anyone under 18.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including relying on established, reputable providers (Wix, Google, our payment processor) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
We are based in Colombia, but some of the service providers we use (Wix, Google, Meta, our payment processor) may process data outside Colombia, including in the United States and other countries. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new tool or service. We'll update the "Effective date" above when we do. We encourage you to review this page occasionally if you'd like to stay informed.
